Refinal agglomeration techniques

REFINAL agglomeration process establishes along with the sintering process the basis to obtain critical properties of the future BAUXAL grains such as density and porosity.

As in other project steps, we are working jointly with different expert collaborators with the aim to evaluate and validate the available technics looking for the best possible technical-economical compromise.

The technics that have been tested are: Uniaxial pressing, Pelleting, Briquetting, Extrusion.
