REFINAL treatment to obtain BAUXAL

Once the production phase of REFINAL has started in October 2020, the process on a larger scale for its treatment start till the final obtaining of BAUXAL.

The process involves from drying and milling, to agglomeration and sintering, grinding and sorting.

In this phase, we are working to define the best technique applicable in quality and cost parameters to each of the treatment stages.

In this way, the different BAUXAL grains that will constitute the main raw material of a complete range of refractory castables oriented to different sectors and industries will be obtained.
